General Information

  • Spa access is not included when booking individual treatments unless stated as part of a spa package. Spa access is available for an additional charge and must be booked directly with us by phone or email.
  • Our Spa facilities include a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, experience showers and a relaxation lounge. We do not have a pool or gym.
  • Treatment times are subject to change at any time before or during your spa day and will take place within your allocated spa access time.
  • Your spa package includes a £10 retail voucher, which is redeemable when you spend a minimum of £20 on a single retail product.
  • Lockers, towels, robes and slippers are provided for your use. Lost locker keys will incur a £10 replacement charge.
  • Our spa facilities include a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, experience showers and relaxation lounges.
  • Important: Guests must be 16 years or over to use the spa and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Light lunch is served in the restaurant between 12:00pm and 6:00pm.
  • Afternoon Tea is served in the Lounge between 2:30pm and 5:30pm.
  • Food is not permitted within the spa facilities. Guests must be fully dressed when entering the Lounge or restaurant.
  • Any dietary requirements must be communicated to us at least 48 hours before your booking.
  • Afternoon Tea bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival will automatically be changed to a Light Lunch.
  • Drinks can be ordered within the spa. Please bring valid photo ID if you wish to purchase alcoholic beverages.
  • Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies or health concerns prior to your arrival, as these may affect your treatment or spa day. Unfortunately, we do not currently have cancer-trained therapists. If you are undergoing or have recently undergone cancer treatment, a doctor's note will be required before any treatments can be carried out.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.

If you believe you may be late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, this is not always possible. Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened or cancelled to avoid disrupting other guests' appointments. Any cancelled treatments due to late arrival will still be charged in full. It is your responsibility to arrive on time.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all spa reservations. All bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice and we will be happy to reschedule your booking to a later date. Rescheduling is permitted once only. Any further changes may result in the full payment being retained.

If you wish to change your treatment selection, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full treatment charge.

Nail Appointments

If you are booking a nail treatment and currently have gel polish on your nails, please let us know when making your appointment so that sufficient time can be allocated for removal.

Failure to inform us may mean we are unable to complete your treatment due to time constraints. In these circumstances, the original appointment will still be charged in full.

Eyebrow & Eyelash Appointments

For any eyebrow or eyelash treatment that includes tinting, a patch test must be carried out at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Unfortunately, without a valid patch test we will be unable to carry out your treatment.

Offers & Promotions

All promotional offers and discounts advertised online apply to new bookings only.

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. We are unable to refund the difference if a new promotion becomes available after your booking has been confirmed.

Discounts do not apply to food or beverage purchases unless otherwise stated.

The Spa in The Garden Loyalty Card Scheme

The Spa in The Garden offers a Loyalty Card scheme to reward our regular guests.

Receive one stamp for every full-priced treatment purchased. Once you have collected five stamps, you will be eligible for a complimentary treatment, subject to the terms below.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Loyalty Card is valid only for purchases made at The Spa in The Garden, Stratton House Hotel, Cirencester, GL7 2LE.
  • Stamps are not awarded for hotel room bookings, restaurant reservations or any other purchases made within Stratton House Hotel.
  • A minimum spend of £25 per treatment is required to qualify for a stamp.
  • Spa packages are excluded from the Loyalty Card scheme. Treatments included within a spa package do not qualify for stamps.
  • Complimentary treatments must be redeemed within three months of receiving your fifth stamp.
  • Free treatments are available Monday to Friday only, during normal opening hours, and are subject to availability.
  • Your complimentary treatment will reflect the type of treatments you have previously received. Guests who have mainly booked beauty treatments will receive a complimentary beauty treatment, while those who have mainly booked spa treatments will receive a complimentary spa treatment. Where there is a mixture of treatment types, the Spa Manager's decision will determine which complimentary treatment is offered.
  • The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.
  • The scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
  • Discounted and sale treatments are excluded from the scheme.
  • We reserve the right to exclude selected treatments or product lines from the Loyalty Card scheme.
  • Loyalty Card stamps have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
  • The Loyalty Card remains the property of The Spa in The Garden.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or retain any Loyalty Card that appears to have been copied, altered, damaged, stolen or tampered with.
  • The Spa in The Garden accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of Loyalty Cards.
  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme at any time without prior notice.
